Refund Policy

Each experience is tailor-made and requires precise organization, from the definition of the menu to the purchase of raw materials.

For this reason:

Reservations and cancellations

The booking of the service is considered confirmed upon payment of an agreed deposit (generally equal to 30% of the total amount).

In case of cancellation by the customer up to 7 days before the agreed date, the deposit will be fully refunded.

For cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the event, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the event, the deposit will not be refundable.

Extraordinary events

In case of documented impediments due to force majeure (illness, emergencies, inability to reach the event venue), I will take care of evaluating a new alternative date, without additional costs.

Service Changes

Any changes to the number of participants, menu or location must be communicated at least 5 days in advance. Beyond this deadline, I cannot guarantee the possibility of adaptation or modification.
