My cooking classes are designed for those who want to discover the local culture starting from what unites everyone, food.

 

I am Marco Lagrimino, a chef with experience in starred kitchens in Italy and abroad, today returned to my country to share what I love most, that is, cooking.

Together we will prepare typical dishes of the Italian tradition, from the great classics to the lesser-known recipes, with fresh hand-rolled pasta, vegetables from the garden, sauces made as they once were and iconic desserts.
And of course, while we cook, there will be a good glass of wine, because this is also part of the Italian spirit.

 

The lessons are designed for everyone: from curious beginners to enthusiasts who want to delve deeper into techniques and secrets.
